Meet Melissa:

I received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware in 1996. After working as a process engineer in the manufacturing sector of the pharmaceutical industry, I decided to join my husband, Dale, at Schrock Financial in 2008.

I use my experience in process optimization and data analysis to guide business operations and decisions. I review the operational effectiveness of the business and look for opportunities to improve efficiency and quality of client experience. I conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of market variables to inform business decisions. In addition, I manage human resources, marketing and set long-term business goals.

Dale and I live in Port Republic with our son, Will, whom I also homeschool. I enjoy gardening, fishing, playing the piano, and learning new things. While I mainly work behind-the-scenes, my goal is to ensure a relaxing and reassuring environment for clients, while providing efficient and comprehensive tools to assist Dale.
